  We have global coverage in our Talent Benchmark module. In Commutes and Workforce, we support the following countries at the postal code level: North America United States Canada Europe Belgium Denmark Finland France Germany Ireland Italy The Netherlands Portugal Spain Sweden United Kingdom Asia India Employee data uploaded in unsupported countries will be included in global and country level employee counts.Some readers

• What data is required to use Vertis?

  Internal employee and office data is only required for our Workforce and Commutes products. For employees, we require employee postal code and country. For offices, we require an office name, address, and country. Talent Benchmark does not require you to provide any internal data.Few readers

• How do I upload my employee and office data into Vertis?

  You can upload your data as a .csv or .xlsx using our guided upload experience, or you can connect to your HRIS platform through a direct integration.Some readers

• Does my data need to fit a template or format before upload?

  No, our guided data upload will automatically help you match your data to our schema and let you bring in any custom fields outside our schema.Few readers

• How frequently is data updated in Talent Benchmark?

  The talent data in Talent Benchmark is updated monthly.Few readers

• Do commute calculations take traffic into account?

  Yes, our commute calculations are based on a 9 AM (local time) weekday arrival, including up-to-date traffic models.Few readers

• Can I share my Vertis reports?

  Yes, you can share reports with other Vertis users in your organization, or view-only access with anyone outside your Vertis organization.Some readers

• Can I export data from Vertis?

  Yes, you can export data from charts and tables in .csv format and you can export your full employee dataset with any enriched data (e.g., commute time or distance, closest office, etc.) in Commutes and Workforce. You can also export images of maps, charts, and tables.Few readers
